Your optional video, voice, image, upload details, consent record and visibility choices.
Why we collect it
To let you introduce your experience to hiring organisations that you choose. The video is not required for job applications.
Who may view it
By default, only you and authorised platform administrators. You may separately allow verified employers or recruitment agents to view it. It will not appear on a public profile.
Your choices
You may keep the video private, change its visibility, replace it, withdraw consent or request deletion. Withdrawal stops future access but cannot undo access that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
Safety
Do not include identity-card or passport numbers, a home address, financial information, medical information, religious or political beliefs, or information about another person.
Retention
The final service will publish a specific retention period. Withdrawn, replaced, expired or unnecessary videos will be securely deleted according to that schedule and applicable backup-retention rules.
