Using Jobs n Candidates
Users must provide accurate account information, keep login details confidential and use the platform only for lawful recruitment, employment and career-development purposes.
Candidate accounts
Candidates control the information placed in their profile and resume. Applications should contain truthful information and must not include unlawful, harmful or misleading material.
Employer and recruiter accounts
Hiring accounts must represent legitimate organisations or authorised recruitment professionals. Job advertisements must describe genuine opportunities and comply with employment, anti-discrimination and consumer-protection requirements.
Verification and account access
JnC may request additional information, restrict protected features while verification is pending, and suspend accounts that breach platform rules or create a safety risk.
Content and platform availability
Users remain responsible for material they upload. JnC may moderate or remove content where necessary and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular hiring outcome.
Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Separate, explicit choices should be provided for optional marketing and public resume visibility.
